Explore and test bare metal machine for larger IPFS node #33

Choose one bare metal machine or VPS option for running a large ipfs node (e.g. vultr), so that it has around 1T storage and does not result in excess network fee if we have too much connection.
Get an ipfs node ready on the machine, expose pinning API with simple auth method (e.g. secret key)
If choosing provider other than AWS, including VPN for a secure connection between server and ipfs node
