Minimize dependency packages for workers

We have been freely using any packages for the workers. There we need to install a new packages for each worker. Let's consider the case, if someone does not want to use a worker but during installation that package will be installed, which can cause problem with existing packages version etc. For now at least packages and systemd workers must be changed. Most of the things can be done using files in /proc directory.
