I think it would be better to have a .chi file, which means " not doing anything to the layer ".

First of all, I would like to apologize.
I'm not going to start the discussion here, but there is a disagreement with @sakots.
When the layers are merged, the "chi file" disappears.
Since we are developing a bulletin board using this current specification, I would like to ask you to maintain the current specification of ChickenPaint, which does not generate a "chi file" if there is no layer hierarchy.
