io.reactivex.exceptions.OnErrorNotImplementedException

I have Activity A ,the activity A contains two Fragments, I click button in one fragment then come into Activity B . after I do something in Activity B and publish an event to the fragment , this Exception happened. what I want to do is publishing event in activity B to notice the fragment update data. can you help me to solve this exception, thanks!
