after i updated the script accordingly it stopped working all together before that the preview would be above the text

Are you sure that lf is configured correctly?

i have lfrun on /bin

my .config/lf/lfrc have the lines:

set ratios 1:2:3
set cleaner ~/.config/lf/cleaner
set previewer ~.config/lf/preview

previews don't show with lfrun

Of course! The reason i've said i have ueberzug and chafa is>

But still doesn't work, could you help me with that sir?

EDIT:
After the entire night awake i have enabled the xterm-256color on foot.ini and now chafa works.

Is there any way to increase the image quality btw?
