Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
What does it mean installed? Currently, there is no way to verify that the packages installed also matches hashes for security reason, therefore saying that something was installed from a certain index is not possible. It would be nice to tell the users about this.
Describe the solution you'd like
Remove installed columns in the UI.
The only way to verify that something is correctly installed, is to re run something like
thamos install -- --force-reinstall
to be sure everything is actually installed correctly from the correct indexes and using secure hashes.Describe alternatives you've considered
