[Feature]: Add "bgp_measurements" argument to the "thousandeyes_web_transaction" resource #176

This issue requests adding a new argument to the thousandeyes_web_transaction resource:

Collect BGP data (this argument is available for the thousandeyes_page_load resource and named bgp_measurements )

The bgp_measurements argument is not available in the current terraform provider version (2.0.9):
