[Feature]: Add "Exclude Domains/ Object URLs" to the "thousandeyes_web_transaction" resource

Hi team,

The thousandeyes_web_transaction resource for the current terraform provider version (2.0.9) doesn't have an argument to set the Exclude Domains/ Object URLs value.

It would be great to have a way to provision a Web Transaction test from Terraform with the Exclude Domains/ Object URLs parameter value. Similar to what can be done via the UI on the test advance settings tab:
