If I delete 東方紅魔郷.cfg, open game with thcrap, change controller key config, and exit, the resulting 東方紅魔郷.cfg will be 0 bytes.

If I use original 東方紅魔郷.exe or vpatch.exe, it gets created correctly.

I disabled thcrap updates some time ago, that might be affecting things.
