Issue with drawing canvas on Samsung Galaxy Tab

When I try to draw on the canvas, points are getting mismatched on it.
Like I start at some point it gets drawn on another place. Again I start, irrespective of the touch points it gets drawn randomly.
This is happening on the all the browser of the Samsung tab, but it seems working fine on other devices like mobile phone, ipad.

@rekhajadhav I'll see if I can reproduce it this weekend. Unfortunately, I don't have access to a Samsung tab, though, so I'm not sure if there's going to be much I can do. If you're able to spend some time debugging it and making a pull request, that would be super helpful.

@rekhajadhav which version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab are you on? I tested the demo on Browserstack with version 10e and 20, but both seemed to work fine for me.
