Add instructions/text to the #Support section of participate page for contributing to helping users in SUMO.

Need @rtanglao to weigh in on what is needed.

FWIW, for FOSDEM, we are planning to point users to https://blog.thunderbird.net/2024/08/video-how-to-answer-thunderbird-questions-on-mozilla-support/

how about something like (adapted shamelessly LOL from https://community.mozilla.org/en/activities/answer-support-questions/ ):

  • Thunderbird support is vital to our community. It is also fully powered by volunteers. This is where you come in.
Help users get the most out of Thunderbird by answering questions in the Thunderbird desktop support forum or TB for Android support forum. Your contributions will reach millions worldwide, and you can do it from the comfort of your couch! Details: Answering questions in the support forum.
  • Contribute Documentation: Mozilla is an open community where anyone can help build resources for a better Web - but we can’t do it without the help of our community. By contributing articles to our Knowledge Base of “help” articles, you can help millions of users use Mozilla products more efficiently. When our community contributes to our online documentation, it makes us stronger. Details: Help us write help articles.

The immediate request is to add CTA for users to help with user support questions.

I think there is already a documentation section on participate?

Yeah it's currently in documentation. I can add it to the Support section, but it should probably be a text guide on how to contribute to SUMO. Do we have a text guide that I can slap into there?
