sit是啥含义？不知道理解是否正确，文档看完有疑问。 sit是扫描文件间隔，比如我同步一次需要20分钟，扫描间隔设置为1分钟，意味着每一分钟都会触发一次扫描从而触发同步（只是同步过的会秒结束）
2.ldt 彻底没理解啥意思？跟sit有啥区别
3.使用本地同步到网上，且排他模式。那文件名称不变，内容变了，会重新同步吗？
