Update to use a newer tkey-libs

The /apps are using a very old verison of tkey-libs. Also since there is one makefile for all the apps, all of them needs to be updated in one go. A proposal is to have one Makefile for each app, and then have on top-Makefile that calls the app-Makefiles.
This makes it easier to have variations on the apps without affecting each other too much.
