現状、作者や場所などがあるけどそれをうまく活かせていない感じだからフィルターできるようにする? (ぼんやりしていて申し訳ないです。)

これ作るには awesome/by-place とか awesome/by-senpann みたいなAPIエンドポイントがあると嬉しいのか。

こういうのは素直に /awesome?senpan=yasunori,takeokunn みたいなクエリパラメーターでいいと思います。
