Minimally, the Notary should send their public key they used to sign the session header to the Prover, and the Prover should include this in their proofs to the verifier. We should also think about supporting additional information about the identity of the Notary, such as x509 cert or ENS

Attestation key is now included in the attestation itself. We will track the id feature in #342
