Seems that C4 shapes can be added to the current version of draw.io and actually it says "External Plugins: External plugins disabled.". Should this be mentioned at the README.md?

Current draw.io doesn't have an option for entering the URL for an external plugin, it's only limited to a small set of officially supported ones listed here: https://github.com/jgraph/drawio/tree/dev/src/main/webapp/plugins

If you have the desktop application, run drawio with '--enable-plugins'.
