Time zone field in profile

It would be cool to have an optional field in users' profiles for their time zone. Other users could either look directly at your time zone or see what the current time is for you.

It would be useful when deciding whether to join a game, and for seeing what local time it is for someone if you're wondering if they're going to move any time soon.

This could also be used to make the timestamp for the front page chat local.

It'd probably be useful to have a flag for players as that tends to be easier than groking timezones at times.

I actually integrated my time zone in my name, so that people can see my time zone when they join in games with me. If this would be a field, it could be visualizied in;
:

• game overview on front page
• game log

I would like to work on this as a first issue if that's ok. It would probably be good to clear up what exactly should be implemented and where the flags/time zone would be shown.
