Rules

  • 2 yellow or 1 upgrade for Major, 1 upgrade or yellow for Minor.
  • 1 free yellow for company (major, minor) on first or (even if upgrading), before, or after normal lays
  • some minors can pick starting (ONLY) token on first OR
  • home tokens block ALL tokening until placed
  • Preferred shares count against cert limit, but don't count towards "limit that can be held of a company"
  • Timed minor closures
  • Minor exchange can float corporation in OR (does not operate until NEXT OR)
  • Multiple ISRs
  • Spare parts (5Ts get one, private gives more) (Implement like 1862, but only use up when obsoleted?)
  • Obsolete trains do not count towards train limit (like 46)
  • Home token placed when company first operates
  • Forced train purchasing can be done for any depot train, not cheapest depot
  • EMR can change presidency of other companies
  • One train from depot per OR until 6+1 bought
  • Mergers
  • Early "scripted" start
