Make dashboard simpler

The main idea is to make this page simpler by removing all redundant elements and fix graphics. To make it clean for user. (Keep in mind the main idea of this application - instant messaging)

So, here are the proposals (see screenshot):

• remove "Profile" tab and move the most common profile info (Username, Gender, Age) opposite the user avatar;
• move "Conversations" from tab display to label mode;
• redesign conversation list and add a part of the last message, read/unread status of each conversation;
