It would be nice if you could instead whitelist sites and slow down everything else.

I like it! Would be pretty easy, too, just need to add it to the settings, and then change the check in https://github.com/toddmedema/anti-addiction-chrome/blob/master/js/content.js#L11 to use the whitelist if it exists, otherwise the blacklist
