  • medgen-mondo

  • C0677776が重複・2つ目対応IDは空欄→確かに2行あり、二つ目は空欄。元のRDFを確認すると、nodeID://b85539653がMONDOのIDが無い中途半端なデータが作成されているため

  • medgen-ncbigene

  • 元RDFのURIがNULL表記になっている。GENE867と2439がmedgenのIDがNULLのURIに紐づいている。→元ID2箇所がNULL
