Can you please include a switch to disable the disk sounds.
I tried deleting them from the assets folder in the Mac, but the code has no fallback if these are missing and the program crashes. Did not help to change all sample data to zero's either.
Any other way to "hack" the program files to disable them?

Apologies, there are no user-serviceable parts inside the app bundle! But you should be able to silence the disk noises using the options dialog: https://github.com/tom-seddon/b2/blob/master/doc/Overview.md#options - set the volume to the minimum, -72 dB.

I'll leave the issue open as there should probably be some mute options for the sound generally. If there were specific commands for this then you'd be able to give them a a keyboard shortcut if you wanted.
