Add a method for asserting request form params #6

As well as assertion request json, it would be useful to have a method that can assert form_params are correct.

i.e. a wrapper around this behaviour:

            ->withAssertion(function (RequestInterface $request) {
                expect($request->getBody()->getContents())->toBe(
                    http_build_query(['foo' => 'bar']),
                );
            }),
