Use DocHead behind the scenes

Hi,

Thanks for working on this.
We have created a kind a backend for modifying document.head with our DocHead project.
See: https://github.com/kadirahq/meteor-dochead

Try to use it to inside this package.
Then this will support SSR as well.

Thanks @arunoda, I'll have a look to see if I can tie DocHead up with this package. I haven't looked much into the SSR functionality of FlowRouter so I'll have to get to grips with how everything works first!

Actually, you don't need to worry about that. DocHead will take care of
that :)
