Download via new /web does not split into single OGG tracks

Tested on TeddyCloud v0.5.1 (3fce6b5) - 2024-05-06 11:22:22 +0000 ubuntu linux-x86_64(64)

What was tested:

Download/Export a Tonie new /web results in a single file without extension (Uncut OGG).

What was expected:

Same behaviour as implemented in TeddyBench.

1. Single/Split Tracks if possible
2. Named as "[Tonie_Name] - Track 1.ogg" to "[Tonie_Name] - Track xx.ogg"
3. add extension ".ogg" to each track e.g.

the download is removed from the webplayer, this functionality should be added to the library or content filebrowser
