…inters to SCNetworkReachabilityContext `retain` and `release` fields. Removed `reachabilityObject` property since SCNetworkReachability takes care of the lifecycle of the object now.

Now CFRetain and CFRelease function pointers are assigned to
SCNetworkReachabilityContext'sretainandreleasefields. RemovedreachabilityObjectproperty sinceSCNetworkReachabilitytakes care of the lifecycle of the object now.
