Problem with Windows chrome #48

If I use Windows version chrome, I can login, but can't vote.
After that, I try to use Android version chrome, I can vote easily, it seems like Windows version won't show up the confirm window.
And besides that, the web page setting in Windows version chrome is a mess, everything comes too big.

Above is the web setting problem.
As for the vote problem, because I had already voted, so I'm not able to show the problem :(
