Steps to Reproduce

Open the URL http://127.0.0.1:5000/
Click 'Load Configuration' Tab
Drag and drop a config file
sadsad.zip
Click PREVIEW
Click EDIT
Go to 'MORBIDITY CONFIGURATION'
Expand the 'Add Diagnosis' and check the selection

Actual Result(s)

After loading and editing the config file won't display the selected 'Diagnosis' as checked in the drop down

Expected Result(s)

Must display the selected values as checked in the drop down
