Add a "Notes" panel available for each split

Not really a problem, but I have separate windows with text files containing notes for each run I do.

Describe the solution you'd like
The solution that I would like to see is an additional (collapsible) pane on the left/right of splits that is just a giant text box where we can enter notes for the boss kill or whatever. Something like:
"*grave assassin -- Swap shard for dagger, soreseal for LOBE. Howl(or bb) + standard at tree -> walk to bush seppuku -> crouch -> remove extra weapons. Backstab -> point blank L2."

Describe alternatives you've considered
The panel could be toggled with a setting and also could allow collapsing so that users that don't want it could hide/disable it. But it would be nice to have a per-split set of notes that could be easily visible.
