"Show this (variable/list)" context menu option

Shows the monitor (watcher) for the variable or list that a block operates on. Gotcha to watch out for - this option shouldn't be there if the dropdown is filled with a block. Option should show up on the context menu of any block that has to do with a variable or list (e.g. show list, set variable to, get variable value).

Future idea - expand this to context menus for non-data blocks, like "set x to" (which would show the "x position" monitor).
