[data-export] User Info is hard to read when overflown

Make sure to read the troubleshooting section before creating an issue

• I've read the common issues and the one I'm about to create is not one of those documented.
• I've read the release note and the one I'm about to create is not already fixed.

Describe the bug
When the screen is small (ie., halved or used on laptop screen); the User Information on the panel is overflown making it hard to read due to the dark text and background.

I am relying this short information onto which org + user am I using right now, so I don't messed up the task I needed to do.

When referring about User Information, I am mentioning about this text that comes after the word 'Data Export' or 'Data Import'
/ User Full Name / login.username / Org Name (Org Status).

While this issue might not be critical, but I would be happy if the Data tools are improving in terms of responsive designs; not only to User Information panel.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Data Export
2. Resize the window to where the User Information text is too long for the screen to show everything on the same line
3. Text is overflown to dark background and thus making it harder to read.

Expected behavior
Any display methods that make me able to see what User Full name and the Org Sandbox name, so I don't messed up while switching between multiple sandboxes.
