Describe the bug
When creating or refreshing a sandbox, the class MaskSObjectSandboxPostCopy can be set to trigger object masking post refresh but after refreshed the data are not updated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to production
  2. Click on refresh or create sandbox
  3. Set class MaskSObjectSandboxPostCopy
  4. Check data post refresh, no changes has been made

Expected behavior
Data should be masked
