I'd like to use the utils module. Could you make it public please?

Thanks for the request. Could you be more precise about which parts of the utils module you'd like to use? If people find specific routines useful, I'd prefer to mark just those as pub rather than commiting to an entire new public API 🙂

Sure! Specifically I'd like to access SecurityDescriptor and sid_to_string.
