SNCF references the station with two distinct codes : 8019404 and 8019403.

It seems that 8019404 is mostly used for trains departing to Wissembourg and 8019403 mostly for trains arriving from Wissembourg. I'm willing to create a PR but I'm unsure of how you'll want to treat such case.

Looking at SNCF's internal API, it seems that the code they use is 80194035 (so 8019403 without the extra SNCF digit). I'm not sure where you found 8019404. I'll open a PR soon
