Generar un test que verifique el funcionamiento de la función de cancelación de turnos en el modelo de Turnos, cuando:

El turno existe.
El turno no existe.
El turno está reservado.
El turno no está reservado.
El turno ya está cancelado.

Agregar test para ver si se está seteado un valor anterior de ID en el modelo, que lo pueda mantener.
