Issue in input

whenever i try to receive user input with scanner it doesn't pick up the input like example: I want to take a user's name using scanner then it will say like:
Hello (the user input here)
it doesn't do that it just stays like i am giving inputs

we can import util pack by pointing curser on scanner in eclipse ide but here i dont know how to import please let me know how to import Scanner in this particular app
