BUG: When trying to updated Requested Service on an Animal in an Assigned SR #990

When you try to update the Requested Service for an Animal that in an SR that is currently assigned, you get the following error:

File "/home/sheltuser/shelterly/animals/views.py", line 149, in perform_update
    assigned_request.animals[str(serializer.instance.id)]['status'] = new_status
KeyError: '14'

Disable this field when actively assigned to a DA
