Help with button card templates

So I'm still trying to figure out the button templates, as you can see they don't look right for some reason even though I've installed the required templates after it threw errors, I, of course, don't have much experience with button card templates right now. One last thing it says I need is the light slider, I added the file to the /www/ folder but I still get this error.
