[FEATURE] Add the ability to comment on fields

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In some cases it can be cool to comment out a field and make the same field but with a different value. After a while it can be convenient to come back to the commented field and uncomment it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add support character prefix (candidates: * ; ~ //). If field started with character(s) which mean these field is was commented and just be ignored any processes and operations. Also need to highlight commented fields with unique color.
