Zoom and follow don't work

Using the latest OBS version (30) on Windows 11, when I press zoom, the displayed area goes from ZoomWidthxZoomHeight to 0x0 pixels (so the image disappears). Also, the follow doesn't work at all, it always shows the top-left of the screen, regardless of where I want to zoom or where my mouse is.

I have a similar issue, where it toggles between my zoom window size and 1x1, making it 1 pixel.
