Hi,

really have been enjoying playing Pokemon Crystal with these scripts!

My question is, could there be a feature, when I am browsing the paths to the different objects that I could press a shortcut and have my character start automatically walking to the object? It's just that it gets slightly tiresome rechecking the path 5+ times as I am walking a long path somewhere and it would be really nice if the character would just walk there by themselves.

I agree, "progressive taxi" instructions would be interesting.

Caturria mentioned MS SAPI which could allow speech to not be interrupted by keyboard input. With that in place, perhaps directions could be given while moving.

A Google search yields https://github.com/fiendish/MS_Speech_API_Lua which looks interesting, as does https://luarocks.org/modules/fiendish/microsoftsapi .
