Scroll to bottom automatically

Hello everyone,
Is there a way to automatically scroll to the bottom of the file when opening lnav. I use a lot lnav by piping into it a tailed log something like
adb logcat | lnav
Everytime I have to go to the bottom of the file 'G'. I have tried things like
adb logcat | lnav -c ':goto 100%'
but it doesn't seem to work.

Error: lnav 0.11.2_1 is already installed
To install HEAD_1, first run:
  brew unlink lnav`

Yes, you'll need to run the unlink before you can install from HEAD.

Still no luck with ':goto 100%'
It also doesn't work when juste opening a file

I've pushed a change that might fix the issue. Can run brew install --HEAD lnav again to try the latest code. Thanks.
