cppprimer5eAnswers 2016/8/10 更新到了第8章 前7章使用gcc 5.1(tdm-gcc),第8章用了mingw-w64的gcc6.1 2017/1/16 第九章43题之后更换到macOS上了，使用clang编译通过。
