Updates the Xcode version to 14.3
Upgrades dependencies (cocoapods)
Adds optional .nix files for shell management
Upgrades the bash-cache plugin to latest. This fixes a mismatch with bundler versions.
Updates the deployment target for all dependent pods in the Kanvas Example project to iOS 13.0

I have considered if this change warrants release notes and have added them to the appropriate section in the CHANGELOG.md if necessary.
