Get information from swag about available courses

So that we can use funzo-app to appify our swag system.

The idea is that the swag WordPress plugin would expose a REST API where the funzo-app can get information about available courses. It would be up to the implementation in the swag plugin to follow the format that is already used in funzo-app, in order to make the implementation as easy as possible.

There are no more thoughts on actually how to do this at this point, just putting this issue here so we don't forget it.
