Add AWS instructions to Setup wiki page

Tagging @devalih with an invitation to add instructions for his AWS setup to the list of deployment methods on the Setup page of the wiki.

If you think the use-case for AWS deployment applies to a small enough number of people that it doesn't need to be part of the main documentation, go ahead and close this issue.
