The Importer has two configurable lists of actions to run after import: before indexing and after indexing. The ViewerIndexingAction itself is hardwired between them.

I think we could have only one actions list like "actionsAfterImport" and indexingaction could be one item in this list. This would provide cleaner code and save some config parameters.
