Option for setting the NLTK path

Hi,

for auto tagging it's required to have the NLTK toolkit downloaded -> https://www.nltk.org/data.html
I put these files into my config dir, but the path must be set in the docker compose file. The default path is located inside the container, so all files are lost after restarting the add-on.

So it would nice to have an option for setting this path :)
