ユーザーがTwin:teを退会できるようにする。

user-serviceからユーザーデータを削除すればログインはできなくなるが、
他サービスには宙ぶらりんのデータが残る。

完全削除するには次のデータを削除する必要あり。

timetable-service の時間割、タグに関するデータ
session-service のセッションデータ
donation-service の寄付に関するデータ（要検討）
feedback-service（？）
