Workspace embeddings ignore files/folders

I'm trying to run Embed workspace documents but it's getting stuck at 20-30%. The file name it's trying to embed isn't even code, but is an uploaded image.
So I wonder, is there a way to select which files to skip during this process? Like uploads, tmp files, seeds, node_modules, etc
